A fantastic stay overall. The staff and rooms were pleasant here. It was a great area, an enjoyable base for me. I appreciated the dinner in Pillars Restaurant next to the hotel.

The staff were informative, the room was lovely and I loved beautiful location. And it also had decent view. They made my stay amazing. The continental breakfast with brilliant food, nice restaurant. Tidy and lovely hotel in Cardiff Centre district:)))

We had the most extra special few days there. Tidy, brilliant location, extremely friendly staff. Enjoyed Cardiff, the hotel was courteous. Incredible service within 25 km of the airport. It had excellent swimming pool too.

The location was fab, the breakfast was warm and staff were happy to help. The staff did all they can for a luxury stay. Late check-out was useful. Enchanting hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. I loved that Chopstix Noodle Bar was nearby...
